Refund Policy


We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

All sales are final.

However, if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at [your email] with photos and your order number. We will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Items such as sealed trading card products, Ichiban Kuji, blind boxes, mystery products, and any collectibles cannot be returned once opened.

If the order was picked up in-store, we may require the item to be returned to our Strathfield store for inspection.

Please note: We do not offer refunds on opened or partially opened items under any circumstances.

In-Store Pickup Policy

Orders placed for in-store pickup must be collected within 7 days of notification.

Cancellations requested more than 48 hours after placing the order may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%.

Pre-order, limited release and allocation-based trading card products are non-cancellable once confirmed.

Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse future pickup orders for repeated cancellations.
