No Returns or Exchanges Policy
Please note:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, opened products, or blind box items.
Due to the nature of trading card and collectible products, all items are sold as sealed and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
Please check your order carefully before confirming payment.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at topdeckgaming25@gmail.com, and we will assist you to resolve the issue.
In-Store Pickup Policy
Orders placed for in-store pickup must be collected within 7 days of notification.
Cancellations requested more than 48 hours after placing the order may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%.
Pre-order, limited release and allocation-based trading card products are non-cancellable once confirmed.
Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse future pickup orders for repeated cancellations.
