Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Costs:
We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide.

Delivery Time:
Metro areas: 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

In-Store Pickup:
Pickup is available from our Strathfield store (Shop 3 / 3-9 The Boulevard, Strathfield NSW 2135).

Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days after the pickup notification email is sent. Orders not collected within this period may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

To collect a pickup order, customers may be asked to provide:

• order confirmation email or order number
• the card used for payment, for verification of the last 4 digits
• photo ID matching the order name, where required

For fraud prevention, we may request additional verification before releasing an order.
If the payment card cannot be presented, the order holder may be asked to provide photo ID, or the order may need to be collected by the original purchaser.

We reserve the right to refuse pickup and issue a refund where we are unable to verify the order details to our satisfaction.
